Christy Reynolds is a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist and CBT for Insomnia specialist with a background as a senior NHS clinician, where she holds responsibility for training clinical staff in evidence-based sleep interventions, and several years as a trainer and clinician within the schools team at the Anna Freud Centre.
